TWRP Stuck after updating 9.8.1 Via Ota

I am using Redmi note 7 Pro. I was updating my device from eu 9.7.25 to EU 9.8.1 using OTA. After complete install, phone reboot but not opened. And after 2-3 times of reboot, it opened in twrp recovery mode but stuck at opening logo. And nothing was working.

So I again flash to stock ROM, flash twrp and install eu gain. Why this happened to me.
