Truecaller App not working

The app True caller doesnt work properly in my MI2. I mean it doesnt show up the unknown caller details.. But with the same settings in my Nexus 4, its working fine.

Can anyone please help me?

allow popup windows for that up... and autostart... and mark app as trusted...
its just a permission problem..
