Trouble Updating Xiaomi Eu Rom From 7.2.9 To Newer In Mi5

So I got this mi5 that won't update from miui 8.2 7.2.9 Beta to newer 7.5.25. It also fails to update it to 7.3.x

Any tips of what could be tried ?
