Themes crash when I try to change notification sounds on Mi 9 Lite EU Rom 10.3.13

Hey everyone,

Themes app works fine when I'm changing my phone's theme and stuff, but it crashes instantly whenever I try to change a ringtone or notification sound.

I changed my ringtone through the music app and it worked, but I can't seem to find a solution to replace my notification sounds.

Is there an easy fix I can try? How would you recommend I tackle this issue?

Same issue as here:

In short, this is a Xiaomi server-side issue, they broke support for older Themes app versions. You'll have to replace ThemeManager.apk in system partition with a newer one (there's a zipped APK in that thread, you'll have to replace manually since the flashable won't work for your device).
