Invalid Themes can't add widgets?

M11 13.0.9. I installed themes from Themes app, all the widgets inside a theme can't be find inside home screen(double fingers long press), then Widgets

Search inside Themes app for "widget" theme, download and apply it. Go to homescreen, long press, go inside widget, under "clock", widget not installed.
