streaming video app (beIN SPORTS CONNECT) not working

hi,

my video streaming app isn't working on my mi 8 running latest xiaomi.eu (miui 11 9.10.24), but runs perfectly on latest LineageOS. it's very symilar to this issue, I think : https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/app-detects-xiaomi-eu-weekly-as-rooted.51480/

I've tried rooting it and hiding the root from the app with MagiskHide, but it still doesn't work. also tried most of the solutions listed here: https://didgeridoohan.com/magisk/MagiskHide#hn_Hiding_root_from_apps

any solution inside MIUI? thanks
