should i change to global rom in a EOL device?

hello people, i still have and using a redmi 4 prime/pro.
with the MIUI 10.3 by xiaomi.eu 9.1.3 Beta

should i change to stable?
and if so, i just do the same way as for the rom´s from xiaomi.eu by fastboot?

is any other rom i should install?

since its EOL i do not have any security updates or any updates....

its working well, is just the security updates i´m worry about
