Hello,
I don't know if is this a bug, so I decided to post it here.
When I had Redmi 3 pro, I used xiaomi.eu rom and in shortcuts (quick access) were ,,normal" app. Now, when I use Redmi note 5 pro (whyred) I've noticed, that there are ,,abnormal, weird" app/icons (see images). My question is, do you have them too? I did factory reset on 8.8.23, they've disappear, after update on 8.8.30 they appear again.
