[REQUEST] Pulldown statusbar while in Lockscreen

As the topic says, do you have any mod for MIUI V5 where you can drag down the statusbar while in lockscreen. I'm looking for a solution like in the Meizu phones FlymeOS..

Its already there... Just enable it in status bar settings...

Ah, but it doesn't work while having a PIN..

You dont want anyone to messing with your settings and maybe for this dont work when you have pin anabled.
