redmi note 9 pro bootloader dead

hi my boot device is dead . and i can only got it in fastboot mode
i tried to fix it and it says to me that my oem is lock

i tried to use xiaomi unlock tool (locked status) i press unlock and then it ask my MI ACCOUNT. i put it there and nothing happens
my sn number is D2697926

please help me to fix it
