Redmi Note 3 Bricked

Hi flashed a Redmi note 3 pro flashing went fine but afterwards when re booting/re starting the phone crashed no lights when charging,wont switch back on absolutely nothing works phone wise any help to get phone working again will be much appreciated thanks
