Removing the thermal control will shorten your hh lifetime, as it will stay on hot temperature most of the time, better use a modified thermal control, you can find one on xda, just my two cents ........ cmiiw

Games running smooth on official rom but after some time(10-20 min depending on game) device getting heated causes lagging.. I play heavy games after every 5-10 min break...
