Quick Settings Background in Dark Mode transparent?

Hi Guys

I have a (probably) very stupid question. Im hoping I´m in the right section for the Forum.

I´ve installed the Xiaomi.eu Rom for my Mi9t, did set up everything as I need it and now theres one thing that bothers me.

When I switch on the dark mode, the whole Background of the Quick Settings Menu is all blacked out.
When I switch off the dark mode it´s only partially blurred and I still can see my Wallpaper...Is there a way to change this in dark Mode so I see it also there "blurred?

I'm search the same thing too but no results, maybe there is a theme that solve this, but i don't know which
