Problems Flashing Roms

I'm having difficulties flashing ROMs/recovery images to my Redmi 1S. Wether I select a ROM in the Updater app, of rename it to update.zip and use recovery mode, after 25% the flashing seems to stop, and the phone switches to a black screen with a blue line (see attached image).

Also tried to flash CWM using the Updater app and recovery mode. Both result in the same attached image. Using fastboot to flash CWM gives no error, and reports it's done, but I still end up in Mi-Recovery 2.0.1.

Any thoughts or tips?

ihave xiomi red mi 1s its was small complent hang on logo ill try to flash with mi flash tool in fastboot mode just ill click flash getting error iam just remove battery and reinstall but the hand was dead what should we do please help me anyone
