Problem with voice record.

Hello.
Phone MI3W 64GB. System latest 4.3.14.
The sound in the recorded video is silent. In skype with the attached camera can not hear me. Speakerphone me softly heard. Movies and Film aligned with the computer work perfectly.
Please help me.

i had the same problem using whatsapp.... i send out voice msg is silent.
