Phone Not Charging

Hii

Please help i cannot charge my mi note pro when the phone is turned on.

When i switch off same charger same cable works

I tried Changing cable adapter everything


Please help how to fix it i think its rom issue or any setting

I am using latest xiaomi.eu stable rom 7.3.2

Please help

I recommend you to go back to the previous version 7.3.1 or 7.2.4 and see whether or not the problem persists.
