Notification Sound when connects to wifi and other

Hi everyone,

I'm using xiamo.eu in my Mi 8 anda a I have a issue and I dont's find how to fix it.
Every time I add a new wifi network the smartphone plays the notification sound. Where cai I turn it off? I think that in others system settings I have the same behavior!
