No Sound Notification

Currently I'm on MIUI 9 - 7.9.21, does anyone having the same issues as mine?

Only sound from calls and SMS, no sound on every apps like: Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Line and other apps that already installed on my phone, and only pop-up notification appears without sound, this happen since I bought the phone with the latest MIUI 8 china stable, I thought the problem will fixed with MIUI EU

Any solutions for this issue? please let me know, thanks

im no sound just for line.. instagram, facebook have sound.
