Good news for all of 4G note users. You can downloaded from this link which was from official China xiaomi site and choose 4G global:

I downloaded and installed, it works on 4G networks, WiFi, Bluetooth, wifi hotspot, GPS etc except USB otg still not working. No European langueses.

If a certain 4g band is supported depends on the hardware and not the software? For example i need 800mhz here. Not supported hardware
