My Mi3W cant activate micloud

i cant acivate micloud using my mi3w.

when i activate micloud, i received sms that INTL sms sending failed.

INTL sms number is 1579447786209730

my location is south korea and my telecom provider is SK TELECOM.

also, i got notification "cant get my phone number" from micloud. and i got notification "sim deactivated"

but, phone status show my phone number correctly.

but, i activated micloud about 2 weeks ago in south korea. So, my micloud show call logs and sms, mms in the past. but, nowadays i cant activated micloud .

i did that method. but i cant activate micloud. i received same result. so i guess my carrier problem.

try switch to english US and retry, it solved the issue for me (5min ago), and please reply if it work
