I just updated a Miui 9 7.8.31 and Data not working

any solution?

I have refreshed again a Miui 9 7.9.7 and it stays the same

Same bug with MiNote(virgo). Only with Miui 9 7.9.7 mobile data works. With newest versions don't works.
