Is there MIUI 8.2.8.0 stable ROM as I can only find MIUI 7.5.25 weekly?

Also want to know about Mipad3's stable rom.
It's strange that Mipad2 has regular stable rom coming out but Mipad3 doesn't.

Think its just because its a new device hoping for new stable Xiaomi.eu release as asked my friend to pick me one up as he is in China.
