New [Miui 12.1 - 20.7.30] [Mi 9T] Camera Video / Timelapse mode in 4k/30fps and slowmotion 1080p block app

Error to use app camera in mode Timelapse, video 4k or slowmotion in 1080p. Block all in app.

Delete app data repair it but the error will back if i triet again.

After investigating, I discovered that the camera error is caused by having the live wallpaper activated.
