Changed in 1c:

- framework-res.apk now includes values-en-rUS and values-en-rGB to allow for proper locale switching within the native ROM.

- Charge & Sync has been changed to Charge and Sync. The reason for this is this: If you use apktool to decompile the apk I make apktool decides to make the & be & if it is packaged as & it works fine. As to avoid this issue on others work I've made this step to help things with errors.

- Added a blank telocation.db (This is the Chinese TelocationProvider.apk database which shows usually Chinese area code prefix and city info. This is not relevant to US / UK / International users so I've NULLed the file)

- Added the TelocationProvider.apk back into the pack, removing it had in the past created errors during call and after calls, this will resolve it and also make installation safe (NO CHINESE) as the database is NULL now (as per above info).

We noticed some Chinese in the backups application - this was in some more smali code, we've altered this (Thanks to sampson for the find and t0ph0id for reporting it.

Please download pack #1 again, sorry folks!

If you downloaded the pack prior to this notice, please re-download from the links above. There was a bit of smali code which needed to be edited to remove one bit of Chinese text. This is now in Pack 1 above fixed.

This release is the COMPLETE 0.12.11 re-build from MIUI.com and not a patched or hacked together version of 0.12.10.

Any issues please let us know asap.

Hey guys, new on this forum, but experienced in modding my EVO. Question,

Only Rom up on Evo category is 0.12.3 and the test build 0.12.3.2
But In trying to correct all the issues (MMS partially) i keep seeing that I need to additionally download an english pack.

the 12.3 pack link is no longer active, does the pack have to match with the rom number? Example, can I flash the 12.11 eng pack to the 12.3 rom?
