Microphone Not Working Properly.

Hello guys, I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 pro (32gb) 3gb ram, works very well but I can't call anyone because the microphone doesn't work properly, when i talk it sounds like a TV channel out of frequence. If i record sound the problem persists, in fact, there is no way i can solve it.

I need help please, what is a phone without the micro. If any of you have any tip I would be very grateful
