Invalid Mi9 Lite doesnt see a headphones microphone

Hello
I have Mi9 lite and I have a problem with microphone built in my headphones (Sennheiser). It doesn't work at all while connected. Tried on Snapchat calls and the regular ones. I checked if the microphone works on another phone, also Xiaomi, and everything was fine.
I have updated the software up to Miu global 12.0.4
What might be case?
