Invalid [MI8SE][Stable 10.2.1.0] Invisible notifications

Don't report bugs if you're using a custom theme or any third-party mod (like the notification icons mod).

I am not using third party mods. I updated the os and the bug is still there.

Set default or classic theme and reboot the device...
If you're using any "notch notification icons" mods from XDA, then undo them.
