restart your phone and issue is gone.
i've the same issues even with 8.7.19. its not a xiaomi.eu issue, its more a bug in chinese beta channel rom.

sometimes it help when deactivating/activating the dual gps quick setting.

Thank you for reply. I've tried the methods you talking about. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. And the compass went crazy too.
I've flashed back to the China stable rom(MIUI9.5) yesterday. Everything back to normal for now.
