Mi Pad 4 4G + 64G WiFi

If I switch off bluetooth.
I cannot (mostly) switch it back on again or I have to restart the Mi pad 4.
Settings ≥ bluetooth ≥ switch
The switch appears to be on but does not light up brightly enough.
