MI MIX4- after flashing issues

I bought MI MIX 4 from china and now updated to EU rom stable ROM V13.0.4.0.
I have two issues-
1. in Setting more dark option-> Individual Apps - I can not see any app to enable dark mode
2. In the second space - There is no option to transfer images or files from first space to second space or vice versa.

1 is Xiaomi design, not an issue. You only get whitelisted applications, and most of them are Chinese.
