Mi 8 se refusing to update to global rom

I'm really desperate at this point.
I have a mi 8 se and after being on miui 10 I decided to upgrade to miui 11 through twrp and my smart ass wanted miui 12.
Let's say that didn't go as well as expected.
The phone bricked but I got it to a Chinese miui 11 rom through MiFlash but I've tried everything to try and get it to miui 10 or 11 or 12 eu rom.
Flashing with and without storage clear, with and without factory reset and nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just tried flashing
xiaomi.eu_multi_MI8SE_20.3.26_v11-10.zip
with twrp 1227 but still nothing!
Can somebody help, please?

I finally fixed and if anybody else needs help here's what I followed to fix it.

"With MiFlash I have installed official OREO version 9.5.11 after it starts normally. Activate USB Debug and reboot to fastboot again.
Download from here in Fastboot version:

Install TWRP 3.2.3 1217 using fastboot:
Download from here both versions in .img mode:

Download recovery-TWRP-3.2.3-1217-XIAOMI8SE-CN-wzsx150.img - Mi 8 SE

Download TWRP recovery-TWRP-3.2.3-1217-XIAOMI8SE-CN-wzsx150.img - Mi 8 SE - in MiFirm ✅ - Xiaomi MIUI Firmware - ROM - TWRP download free and max speed - The biggest Xiaomi Mi download

Commands to indicate in ADB (you must have the phone with USB debugging activated):

adb devices
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery recovery-TWRP-3.2.3-1217-XIAOMI8SE- CN-wzsx150.img
fastboot boot recovery-TWRP-3.2.3-1217-XIAOMI8SE-CN-wzsx150.img

If after that it does not restart in recovery mode, use this command:
fastboot reboot

Enter TWRP and do FORMAT DATA 2 times within Wipe.

Restart in recovery (I also did after the restart WIPES dalvik, system, cache and data), transfer the EU rom from the computer to the mobile, install it and also install the TWRP 1227 before restarting. "

I got exactly the same problem! i tried 1024 times to flash eu rom on mi Mi 8SE but each time, it reboot bootloader :/
I'm going to try your solution immediatly!
I'll tell you if it's work for me...
