Invalid Mi 8 Lite incorrect Build.prop values

Hello,

I noticed as of MIUI 10.2 8.12.13 that some values in my build.prop are incorrect. For example it shows ro.build.version.sdk=28 and ro.build.version.release=9. If I am not mistaken for the Mi 8 Lite it should be SDK=27 and Android version=8.1.
It is a fresh install so no unintentional modifications on build.prop

Is it modified that way on purpose by Xiaomi.eu or is it a mistake.

I am asking because on my end it caused me trouble with Magisk scripts, some of them are checking for ro.build.version.sdk value and will install stuff based on that.
Can it be reverted to normal values safely, or is it the default value for MIUI 10 based on Android 8.1?

"Wrong values"? How the hell have you come to that conclusion? MI8LITE got Android 9 since 8.12.13...
