Mi 11 Pro - issues after trying to install TWRP and ROM

Hello,

I have tried installing TWRP and ROM (latest Stable 12.5.20) for Mi 11 Pro, using the sticky guide. Obviously, I have done something wrong, because I cannot boot into any ROM now. When I try to boot, it automatically enters Fastboot.

The situation:

1. I can enter Fastboot. I have tried installing official china rom 12.5.20 using MiFlashTool - but it gives me an AntiRollback protection error.
2. I can enter TWRP, but I have errors there - unable to mount. I cannot format data from there

Any help or ideas on what I should do?

So, I flashed TWRP again (using fastboot boot twrp.img command) and it finally booted into the ROM (12.5.20 Stable).

Now the issues is that whenever I enter TWRP, touch is not working, so I cannot unlock or push any buttons.

What could I do?
