IP Camera Xiaomi Mijia Dafang Wifi Full HD 1080p - Video is not played fluently

I have a Dafang Camera. I come from Italy and I have a good connectivity (fibra). I have installed the camera correctly and the video streaming speeds jump from 43Kb/s to 80Kb/s.
I have this problem: the video is not played fluently. Someone has the same issue? And someone knows a solution?
