International stable roms for Mi3 (KXDMIBE1x.0)

Hi All,

Anyone here knows a link where I can download the stable versions of the international stable roms for Mi3 WCMDA? I look everywhere here and on MIUI forums but can't find any.

I do have a stable rom which KXDMIBE15.0 but I'm looking for the updated version which should be KXDMIBE18.0.

I hope someone here has a link on this one.
