I Sound Muffled

Hi, I've just received my new Mi Note Pro, and I'm loving it. However when talking on the phone with my Sister, she said that I sounded very muffled. Does anyone have any solution please?

Do you use a case? there is a setting to disable the mic for filtering outside noises during a call. Have you tried to disable it?
