How to unlock my new Xiaomi 17 pro max

Hi all,

so i received my Xiaomi 17 Pro max, build quality is great. Looks and feels really great.

But the software is not so great for the european market.

I checked before i bought if there is an XIAOMI.EU rom available, and there is.

i am wondering how to unlock my phone?

I enabled OEM unlocking
USB DEBUGGING
Installed ADB platform tools, and it is working
C:\platform-tools>adb devices
List of devices attached
7e67e5cd unauthorized

But when i am in fastboot it does not do anything!
