Can anyone please share any steps to moving from Magisk to KSU or KSUnext? I believe I'd have more success with play integrity with KSU.

Sure. But first, I want you to know that it doesn't make any difference if you've got KSU or Magisk in terms of play integrity.
The important questions are if there's a valid keybox floating around and if your device is compatible with the PIF config that has been selected.
The only difference between the two solutions is that KSU is a little less intuitive when installing and feels a little more lightweight in everyday use.
