How to flash Redmi Note WCDMA with fastboot rom?

I follow the method 3 here, http://en.miui.com/thread-11047-1-1.html

But the Miphone flashing tool can't detect my redmi note.

Same goes to me, even i already install the ADB Driver, including my Mi3 not detected...
