How to disable or uninstall the Battery & Performance app on my Xiaomi Redmi 12T Pro?

I'm playing Mobile Legends at 120fps, but the Battery & Performance app keeps forcing it down to 60fps.

Has anyone found a safe way to disable or uninstall this app without affecting system stability?
