How long does the update to Android X take?

It's in the Pocophone by Xiaomi, Powered by Android screen for around 20 minutes now. Is it normal?

It took 45 minutes for me.
On the first boot, Android optimizes all installed applications. If you have a lot like me (200+), it can take a very long time.

It takes to long because ROM encryptation. v11.0.5.0 wasn't encryptated. Is possible do the upgrade without encryptation? Thank you
