Help needed - ROM differencies

Hi all, I am trying to figure out what are the differencies between Xiaomi ROM an Multilanguage ROM.
Is there an exact list of what is missing and what is added? Maybe a git repository?
Even more, now that Xiaomi has release Global version, what are the plus of having Multilanguage over new global (version 25) for Redmi Note?

Global rom removes some of the Chinese apps and installs more Google services...
What I did was factory reset and flash 25 global.

Thank you. So having multilanguage is not worth anymore (at least for me).
Could you please tell what google services are installed?
