Help Me Im Going Crazy With Redmi3

Hello everyone!

I bought a RedMi3 but I have a problem !!!


1st place tried to install the global ROM with the locked bootloader using the tutorial of the forum but I get error command failed (54% + -).


After many attempts I gave up this method and tried to unlock the bootloader to later install TWRP and then the global ROM.


But also failed.


I open the application "UPDATER", select the last ROM developer Chinese, and then the Updater app is getting info and last about 1 minute goes down.


Anyone ever had this problem or know someone guide me to resolve and put a clean ROM on my mobile phone?

Edit - Problem Solved.

FIX: I dont know if the problem is about the MiFlash v20160401 or about the driver included on this version but with DOWNGRADE to version 20151028 and with the included driver on that version i fixed the problem and sucessfull flashed the mobile.
