Help installing APKs using SAI APKs installer.

On latest A11 update for Mi 10 Ultra. There is no Mi optimization that can be turned off. Anyone knows how to install APKs on MIUI? Possibly without root. Is ADB possible? If yes then what's the command to install APKs?

Pretty sure if you're on the EU ROM it's disabled permanently. If you're not on the EU ROM then don't expect support on this forum.

Rooting would help?
