Google Play Movies Not Working - Help!

Hi All,

I've just come up against the latest issue with my otherwise great mix device....

I have rented a movie to watch from UK Google play store(in UK), but when. I go to play it, I get the message: playback isn't supported on this device...

Has anyone found the same ?

Any fixes available?

For info, phone is not rooted and is running latest stable xiaomi update. I have also tried YouTube access (browser and app) and have had no luck their either.

**I am a complete novice, so I don't want to root etc etc**
