getvar anti on TWRP mode

Dear all,

I've currently wiped my Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro and don't know if I shall update or not.
I'm in the TWRP mode. How can I run a fastboot command from there?

fastboot getvar anti

I need to know if I have the anti-rollback version or not. Please note I've already wiped the ROM thus cannot go in the OS. There is NO OS installed now.
This means I cannot access the OS, activate USB debugging and MTP and run commands through windows terminal... no adb devices appear.

I already did but there is no OS thus cannot adb devices.
I can enter fastboot but don't know how to run commands as the Xiaomi Phone is not detected in the windows console.

@ingbrzy there is not way to run commands even if I'm in fastboot mode...
