Framework-res.apk after edit make bootloop but in update.zip it works...

Hey Guys.I have problem with my framework-res.apk.When I edit this apk with MIUI V5 APKMULTITOOL_1.0.11.2 it makes bootloop.But when I flash not modifed Rom and then my apk in Update.zip it works...What to do to make my framework work without Bootloop in rom ?

Ps: Do i have to modify some extra files?
Or use another tool?
