EU ROM back to EEA ROM possible ?

Does anybody know if it's possible to go back to EEA ROM if EU ROM is flashed ?
My device is Poco X3 Pro.
Yesterday I tried that with official Mi Flash tool but it doesn't work for me. I got an error: mismatching image and device.
In earlier days i did that often with my old devices Poco F1 and Mi 10T Lite and it never was a problem.
So i know the procedure and i dont think i made a mistake.
What's the problem here ?

you don't download the right fastboot rom for your phone model.
Check again or come back with detail.

Your phone name is : vayu bhima and the eea rom is for a different phone name.
Just open the flash.bat in the rom directory to find explanation about.
Did you buy the phone in europ?
NB: you are locking the bootloader? right?

*Update*

i found the problem.
Neither the file was wrong nor the device was wrong.
It was/is a problem with my main Desktop PC. There must be something corrupted with USB config.
After switching to my Laptop and do the whole procedure there everything is working as expected.
