New Enable accesibility with two fingers in shut down screen doesn.t work

Hi,
IfI disable TalkBack and press the power button until I hear a vibration I canot activa accesibility options touching the screen with two fingers, there is an option in accesibility to turn it on, the option is torned off but it doesn.t work.
