Echo of my voice in speaker mode during a call

Sometimes i have an echo of my voice, when i go into speaker mode during a call. If i stop this mode, the echo stays also in normal mode. Is there something i can do against it? Of course another thing, than not to go into this mode

I have the Xiaomi 12 Pro
I'm having echo problems in every calls. I don't use the speaker mode.
What can I do?
